4bdt Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

4bdt is an online casino and sports betting platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

• These terms may be interpreted in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall apply.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

It is your own responsibility to ensure the security and proper use of your 4bdt account.

• Never share your login credentials (username, password) with any third party.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Keeping your account information up to date is your responsibility; 4bdt will not be liable for any issues arising from outdated information.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be suspended or closed at 4bdt's discretion.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Specific rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on 4bdt.

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• You must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the deposit method used or a verified bank account.
• 4bdt reserves the right to verify any transaction and may request additional identification if needed.
• In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, unusual transactions may be temporarily held for review.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without placing bets (a minimum wagering requirement may apply even for non-bonus deposits).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

4bdt offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own terms.

• A bonus may only be claimed once, on one account. Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The validity period for using a bonus will be stated in each offer's details; if wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 4bdt reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• VIP Cashback — Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly, Silver: up to 0.8%, Gold: up to 1.1%, Platinum: up to 1.5%. Tier changes depend on your activity.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be combined at the same time will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting and casino games on 4bdt:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the event is cancelled for an applicable reason.
• 4bdt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the original stake amount will be refunded, though applicable bonus terms may be affected.
• In live betting, bets accepted due to system delays may be subject to review.
• If an unusually large amount or number of bets is placed within a specific period, 4bdt may impose a maximum payout limit.
• For cricket betting, rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments are determined in accordance with international cricket rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4bdt platform, and any account found engaging in such activities will be closed immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's information.
• Money laundering or other financially criminal activities.
• Using fraudulent payment information.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using 4bdt's intellectual property without permission.

For prohibited activities, in addition to account closure, all deposits and winnings may be confiscated and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

4bdt makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. Even so, 4bdt's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failures of third parties.
• Account loss due to the user's own negligence or security faults.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unplanned server maintenance or updates.
• Being required to suspend or limit services due to changes in applicable law or regulation.

4bdt is never obliged to pay compensation beyond actual damages for any loss. 4bdt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

4bdt places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. All data is protected through SSL encryption technology.

• Users' personal information will only be used for providing platform services, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• Personal information will not be sold or transferred to third parties except as required by law.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

4bdt may close or suspend an account in any of the following circumstances:

• In the event of financial fraud or a chargeback.

• Due to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
